may care for no more than 26 children in the early years age group; of these, none may be under 2 years at any one time (Early Years Register)
must not provide overnight care (Early Years Register)
provides care in the following areas,the whole of the ground floor, the first floor bathroom, outdoor play areas and associated facilities (Early Years Register)
