Changes will affect childcare provider applications in late July and August 2012

We are changing the way that we register providers on the Early Years Register in September 2012 due to the launch of the new Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
However, this will affect anyone applying in late July and August 2012 to be an early years and childcare provider or childminder on the Early Years Register.
These applicants will need to use the new versions of the main registration documents and application forms.

For further information on the new EYFS go to the Department for Education’s EYFS page. There is also an EYFS website which has the supporting documents for the new EYFS.
