Jo Morgan
Biography
Jo Morgan became National Director, Initial Teacher Education in October 2014. She is also Regional Director, North West.
Before working at Ofsted, Jo was a:
- qualified teacher who has held 3 secondary headships
- National Leader of Education
- strategic lead in the Greater Manchester Challenge
- local authority adviser in primary, secondary and special schools
- consultant for the National College for Teaching and for the Department for Education
- Head of a teaching school alliance
Jo holds the National Professional Qualification for Headship.
