- when 2 assistants are present, may care for no more than 12 children under 8 years; of these, not more than 7 may be under 5 years, and of these, not more than 2 may be under 1 year at any one time
- when 3 assistants are present, may care for no more than 12 children under 8 years; of these, not more than 10 may be under 5 years, and of these, not more than 2 may be under 1 year at any one time
- when 4 assistants are present, may care for no more than 12 children under 8 years; of these, not more than 12 may be under 5 years, and of these, not more than 2 may be under 1 year at any one time
