At least one person in three in England makes use of the services Ofsted inspects and regulates. Our teams think carefully about the likely equality impact of their work and will take action to improve strategies, policies and projects, where appropriate. The equality impact assessment (EIA) provides a tool to help them do this. This page contains our guidance document.

EIA supports Ofsted's single equality scheme.
