General code of conduct and registration of interests for senior staff

This policy applies specifically to members of the Strategic and Management boards and the Divisional Managers of Ofsted. The code applies equally to Executive and Non-Executive members of these Boards. It supplements a range of other Ofsted Human Resources policies for all staff which also apply to Executive members of the boards.
