GNVQ pilot fourth report on engineering

Her Majesty's Inspectors (HMI) have now published three reports on the Part One General National Vocational Qualification (GNVQ) pilot. For the fourth phase of the pilot (1998/99), the evaluation concentrated on the completion of the first two years of the engineering pilot and the impact of the revised GNVQ model that has been piloted in 17 Part One GNVQ schools.
