Details

This example show that at Hartpury College, staff are often recruited from the specialist sectors and have recent vocational experience, credibility and enthusiasm. When they have limited experience in teaching, they receive ongoing staff development and support. The effectiveness of their teaching is monitored through a rigorous quality assurance system, which pays close attention to teaching performance and assessment.
