Good practice resource - Overcoming barriers: Mendell Primary School

This example shows how improvement at Mendell Primary School was driven by establishing a culture of seeking solutions and overcoming barriers. It describes how the new culture was built without sacrificing the school’s strengths or appearing to weaken those features valued most by the wider school community, particularly by parents and carers.
