Increased Flexibility Programme at Key Stage 4: interim report

The Increased Flexibility Programme (IFP) was formed as a result of policy described in the White Paper, Schools: achieving success, published in July 2001. It provides funding to support partnerships between further education colleges, schools and work-based learning providers. Ofsted is conducting a two-year survey to evaluate the impact of the IFP.
