Around 140 outstanding children’s social care providers attended our celebration event in the spring. We asked what the keys to their success were. They have a driving hunger for excellence, a clear vision and a strong sense of purpose. Their staff share their vision and understand their roles in achieving it. And they are keen to keep learning from practice elsewhere. This talk to a group of large social care providers gives more details.
