This document was updated in July 2011.
The document below is the most up-to-date list of schools that the Secretary of State for Education has approved to become academies under the Academies Act 2010. The list contains the names of both the new academy and of the school that preceded it (the new academy may continue to use the same name).
If you wish to obtain the most recent inspection report for the school that preceded a new academy on this list, please email our Information Access Team at informationrequest@ofsted.gov.uk, quoting the predecessor school’s unique reference number (URN) as shown on the list.
