Management information (operational purposes) - Ofsted complaints data

This management information shows numbers of complaints received about Ofsted inspections from April 2010 to March 2011 and April 2011 to March 2012. In addition there is data for two five month periods following the introduction of new inspection frameworks. These are September 2009 to January 2010 and January 2012 to May 2012. These figures have been published for operational purposes, and in the interests of transparency.
