The impact of the national strategy for Physical Education, School Sport and Club Links (PESSCL) is evaluated in this report. The strategy is based on eight programmes of work. This report focuses on two: School Sport Partnerships (originally called the School Sport Coordinator programme) and Support for Gifted and Talented Young Athletes in Specialist Sports Colleges.
