This form may be used in welfare-only and integrated welfare and education inspections of a residential special school. It is not a compulsory inspection document but is intended as an aide-memoir which inspectors print off and write on during inspection. If they choose to use it, inspectors should note that the form will be part of the handwritten inspection evidence base.
