In September 2008 Ofsted intends to introduce, where inspection cycles allow, single inspections that cover both education and welfare provision in schools with boarding provision or children’s homes that offer education. This integrated approach will result in a single inspection report.

This is the summary of the responses to the consultation on this proposal.
