SEN code of practice: three years on

Ofsted has published two reports on the implementation of the code of practice and on the identification and assessment of special educational needs (SEN). In both reports reference was made to individual educational plans (IEPs). This third survey considers the effectiveness of the code of practice with particular reference to the development of IEPs.
