An overview report, published by MCSI in 2003, which provides MCSI's main conclusions and recommendations from the baseline inspection of Headquarters in October/November 2002, and a summary of other baseline inspection findings and recommendations undertaken from March to December 2002. The report also includes CAFCASS's action plans for implementing the MCSI recommendations.
