Supporting college learners to progress and achieve – commissioned survey

16 Feb 2012

On this page you will find a scoping document giving more information about the upcoming survey report including the background and purpose of the report.

This survey will explore the operational challenges and identify features of best practice in supporting learners aged 16 to 19 on full-time college courses to progress and achieve.

The most successful colleges have always sought ways to develop new models of support which retain learners on programme and help them achieve to the best of their potential. The survey will identify aspects of good practice and describe in detail models which deploy the overall resource available for each full-time learner aged 16 to 19 in innovative and cost-effective ways.
