A report into a detailed inspection, carried out in 2004, examining the training and quality assurance arrangements for frontline practitioners and the service they provide. The focus of the report is on CAFCASS Headquarters and two regions, East Midlands and South East. The report includes both Inspectorate recommendations and CAFCASS's action plans for implementing them.
