A report by the Children’s Rights Director for England, Dr Roger Morgan sets out the views of children aged under 12 who are receiving social care support or living away from home.

The report, Younger children's views, involved 611 children and asked them a range of different questions that they have said are important to them including: the most important things in their life; staying safe, bullying, keeping safe when using the Internet, staying healthy; their experience of school and how they keep in touch with their family when they do not live with them.
